Sports and Extra Curricular Activities

Role Models WA uses sport and physical activity as the catalyst to achieve considerable positive change for at risk youth across Western Australia.  It uses its unique strategies and activities to confront the challenges of at risk youth in our communities.

Sports and Extracurricular Activities act as incentives to keep the students engaged in education. 

The sporting focus of the programs are

Basketball
Football
Netball
Soccer
T Ball
Athletics.

Role Models WA also deliver extracurricular activities to cater for students who do not have a high level of interest in sport.  The activities are delivered in workshops or presentations in grooming and deportment, Indigenous arts and culture (art, music appreciation and dance), careers and life skills.  These sessions occur at the same time as the sports sessions.
